I couldn't handle it any longer, I knew going back to my standard email software, and its limited features, was not the answer. But how was I to learn this new contact management system? The people on the cover sure look happy, and it has pretty graphs and charts that apparently were created with the software on the back of the box. Yet I can't even learn the basic functions that were so easy in my email package, let alone a report or sales forecast graph. As a result, I'm still using my email system, when I know I should be using this ACT! program I just bought. Where do I go, who can I turn to with my questions about this system?
